Jennifer Page will deliver the closing keynote address. The inspirational and entertaining mother of Mini Darth Vader, describes her family's journey through the healthcare system. Her son, best known for his role as Darth Vader in the Volkswagen Super Bowl ad, was born with a congenital heart defect necessitating eight major surgeries before age 8. Her transformative healthcare journey has been heartfelt, eye-opening, and sometimes harrowing. As our healthcare system continues to move toward a patient centered delivery approach, her story will reinforce that patient safety is a key aspect of patient centered care.
