This presentation will provide insight on the elements of a deposition, what to expect from opposing counsel, potential pitfalls, and deposition preparation. Throughout the webinar, you will gain advice on how to prepare for a deposition, including behavioral tips and how to respond to certain types of questions. Mr. Thomas will describe the role of counsel and what to avoid during a deposition. Audience participation is encouraged and provides an additional method of education for the attendees.
