Online Webinar

This Webinar is a repeat from the recent 2020 FSHRMPS Conference and will be offered as an "on demand" CE program during the week of November 2-6, 2020.

Webinar Description:

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world and had a significant impact on our healthcare delivery system. We know that the role of the risk manager/patient safety officer is critical during a time when people are afraid to come to the hospital or ambulatory setting for necessary care. This panel discussion will feature three risk managers working in different settings across the healthcare delivery spectrum who will share their experiences in helping manage the COVID-19 pandemic at their facilities. The panelists will share the lessons learned during the pandemic, suggestions for preparing for future pandemics, and how we can communicate that our facilities remain accessible and safe now and in the future.
